What we collect
We collect contact information when you request the free edition, buy the book or contact us.
The free preview. When you ask for the preview at /en/preview/, your email address is stored on our own servers (Patient Signal, operated by us) and used to send you the PDF, four practical notes over eight days, then a reader offer when available and fortnightly columns for about three months (up to 11 emails in total). Earlier signups that agreed to five emails are limited to that sequence. Every one of those emails carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them immediately. Delivery is handled by Resend, our email provider.
Contacting us. If you email us about your practice or an optional manual AI visibility check, we use the information you provide to respond. Please do not send patient information. The signup form stores a hash of your IP address to limit repeated requests.
Buying the book. Checkout is handled by Gumroad, Inc., which processes your payment and stores your email under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details in order to deliver the files, handle refunds, stop book sales emails, and send two short usage notes on days 3 and 14 after purchase. You can unsubscribe from those notes.
We do not sell your data. We use the delivery, payment and analytics providers described here for these purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, or to stop emails, by writing to patientsfunnel@gmail.com. Readers in the EU/UK have the rights set out in the GDPR/UK GDPR; readers in Australia the rights set out in the Privacy Act.
Refunds
The full book comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. Email patientsfunnel@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full amount through Gumroad.

Free edition and purchase measurement
When you request the free edition, we store your email, language, signup source and the email sequence you agreed to receive. We may also store campaign labels and a Google Analytics browser identifier, when available, to connect a later book purchase using the same email address with the original signup. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics. Checkout links identify whether they came from a page, an email or a PDF. You can unsubscribe from every email; contact us to request deletion.
